I am a male widower and the home owner . I still work because I enjoy what I do. I am a graphic designer and artist. I moved to Florida to be close to my son and his family. My other renter is also male he is in his mid seventies. We are both respectful and private. Nonsmoking preferred. I do have inside cat.
