Rooms are nice and clean with new furniture (can be removed) located in family friendly, beautiful and quiet Lake Hills area. House is well cared for, safe (security cameras outside), quiet, and clean, as we're looking for a housemate who is looking for the same and helps keeping the place that way - we have trashcans, vacuum cleaner, Swiffer - all new. We respect each other's privacy and are busy adults with our own lives, keeping to ourselves, yet occasionally we help each other with small things. There are 2 bus stops right around the corner, another 2 for a different bus line about 10 minutes walk; there's one spot for a car in the driveway, and the house is on a street corner, so there's lots of street parking available also. Straightforward application, no fees.
