I’m renting a room min train ride from NYC, amazing location, 7min walk to train station that takes you to Grand central through metro north, great location, close to great restaurants library, gyms, parks, basketball court, soccer field, Bronx river pathway for running or biking, very accesible to the highway and parkway. Location: Westchester County, Tuckahoe NY. . - All utilities are included. - Access to the county club of the area if you want ( a fee of course)- Very nice and safe area - Parking for free on the street right in front or next to the apartment - Dishwasher - Laundry in the building - Storage - Indoor bike - Dumbbells, bands and bench to workout at home if you like. - Kitchen has: Nice knifes, nice nonstick new cooking pans, air fryer, sparkling water machine, juicer, toaster, popcorn machine, kitchen aid mixer, mini waffle maker, blender and Breville espresso machine.Airports:- Westchester airport min.- LaGuardia airport min. - JFK minSpanish/English.
