Benefits of this location include walking distance to Rockville Park, Solano Community College, 3min drive to HWY , Costco, Safeway and numerous other shopping areas. min drive to Fairfield Mall, Edwards theater or Vallejo, min drive to Napa Valley, Vacaville or Benicia, Concord.The home itself is good size, nice, non-smoking, no drugs environment. Existing room mate (1) male, and me and my fiance. We are chill, quiet and often don't see each other but a minute or two upon returning home from work. 2 fun spirited cats also live at this home.The room is furnished with a Queen Bed, Dresser, WIFI and Refrigerator. The bathroom is shared and has a shower and 2 sinks to use.Renter needs to be responsible, have full time employment with the same company for at minimum 1 year. Be able to pay on the 1st of the month.A deposit of is required. Rent is all inclusive of Garbage, Water, PG&E, WI-FI, Laundry - Washer and Dryer, Solar, HOA. A TV can also be set up in the room as well. No pets allowed.
