Open to male and/or female roommates. Room 1 ($1075/month) is the smaller of the two rooms [REDACTED].5 feet, and it shares a bathroom with Room 2. Room 2 ($1275/month) is a little bigger at about 12x12 feet, and it shares a bathroom with Room 1.
