One Mi from Fry's, Safeway and restaurants and has good amenities, 2 pools, spa, fitness ctr and is nice with greenery. Mature and Quiet space. No smoke/vape/ etc! Not looking for any entertainers, just someone who also enjoys coming home to their own place. Cost is Half. Half of expenses, which comes out to approx $ which is pretty standard. (Cable/Internet extra) Not asking a security deposit as I was not charged one moving in.Apt is unfurnished.
