I’m Rose, I’m 25 and have lived in Denver for a year and then Boulder before. I’m a PhD student for marine biology at CU and love all things oceans and animals. I love horseback riding, skiing, and paddleboarding and am always down to try a new spot in town I’m Aja I’m 24 and I work a hybrid job studying insects. I love nature, my dog cashew, horsebackriding, and meeting new people! Ideally we’d love for our roomies to be our friends. We keep a clean and organized space, and love meeting new friends. Currently looking for two female roommate to join our house in Erie, CO. We have been renting here for about 2 years. Our current 3rd and 4th roommates are leaving CO. The house is entirely furnished BESIDES your bedroom.- One room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other girl - The second room is the only room on the main floor and has it’s own bathroom We do have furniture to furnish one of the bedrooms if needed! There are two girls who are staying, both 24 years old. We have both graduatesd with bachlor’s degrees in psychology from CU. We are both currently nannies. One of us is also in grad school mostly online and has an internship (very busy, barely home!). We also have a 3 year old female black lab who is extremely well behaved. We are open to having another dog, but no cats We are friendly and get along well and love to hangout together and would love to have a roommates who also wants to hangout- but if not we also understand that! We enjoy hiking/walking, pool days, an occasional night out, fun nights in, shopping, cooking etc. We are hoping to find someone who prefers to keep their space clean, but more importantly who is willing to help keep the main areas clean. Also someone who is respectful of noise when others are sleeping but no one is particularly picky! The house has 4 bedrooms with an extra office space which has a queen bed in it that we use as a guest room (not super often). We also have a huge unfinished basement with lots of storage and small workout area. The house also shares a neighborhood pool that is less than a block away. There is plenty of street parking in the quiet neighborhood and possiblity of a spot in the garage depending on the size of your car. We are 30ish minutes to both Boulder and Denver. Rent is around $900 a month + utilities.Move in is July 1st with a little flexibility beforehand if needed! The current lease is being extended from July 1 to March 28th (9 Months) but there is option to renew!
