I’m renting a 2K square foot 4 bed 3 bath house near 40th St and Thunderbird in Phoenix. I'm looking for one or two roommates to join me for the duration of the 12 month lease I’ve signed through 4/30/27. Including utilities, rent is $900 for the smaller room and $1.1K for the larger room, both are unfurnished. The larger room has a private bathroom attached and the smaller room will also have their own private bathroom across the hall. One room will have parking in the garage and the other will have parking on the street directly outside the house.
