In addition to that main bedroom space, it also includes a private walk-in closet and a private attached full bathroom. The attached bathroom is newly built and has a LED-lit mirror, dimmable vanity lights, a standing shower with a natural marble seat, and a smart toilet. The room is fully furnished with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, dresser, and side tables. It has a large window with good natural light and is clean, quiet, and a good setup for a working professional. The home has a modern open floor plan, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and center island, bright living and dining areas, laundry upstairs, central HVAC, and easy street parking. Internet is included in the rent. Electric, gas, and water bills are additional and shared. There is also a whole-home water purifier with pre-filter, UV filter, and post-filter.
