My cousin (M) and I (M) are looking for a third roommate for the start of December to next July for 8 months here at our apartment in San Marcos. We are looking for one person because it makes rent cheaper. I won’t be home often due to my full-time job, but my cousin is a full-time student so he is home often. We are definitely laid-back and are alcohol friendly. Utilities, WiFi all included in rent. Very Military friendly. It’s two bedroom 1 bath, one of the rooms will be yours. It has a small closet, has a window and a door that locks. The kitchen and living room are furnished, there’s not too much room for new kitchen items, but obviously you’re welcome to use any of the items. It has laundry and dryer in the unit, a gas heater, ac in the living room, gas stove/over, a microwave, and a fireplace. I have a video walk through I can send you. I’m not home currently and don’t have pictures. It’s a tucked away multi plex with no through traffic, I feel very safe here. I have 5 other neighbors, they are all respectful. There’s a small shared front yard with a small grass area and trees. I’m a yo male that works in the biotech industry, m-f. I’d say I’m home like half the time. Someone around my age would be nice. My roommate and I are renting out the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. You will have your own bathroom and a walk-in closet. Apartment has a furnished dining area, living room, and access to appliances in the kitchen. There is a patio that includes a storage area for extra belongings and has an in-unit washer and dryer. Apartment amenities include pool, hot tub, basketball courts, dog park, gym, electric charging car ports, and Amazon lockers for deliveries. Apartment is located next to a park, a plaza that offers a variety of different restaurants and grocery stores, is an 8 minute drive to CSUSM, and is about a minute drive to local beaches. I also have two small dogs so no other pets please.
