Utilities (Electricity & Internet) per month range from $45 (colder months) for each of us, to about $90 (hotter months). Scottsdale Haciendas community has two pools, plenty of guest parking, and is conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale, the Green Belt, Desert Botanical Gardens, PHX Zoo, The 101 & 202, ASU, Tempe Marketplace, Tempe Town Lake, PHX Sky Harbor Airport, Fashion Square Mall, SCC, Fry's, Lowe's, LA Fitness, and multiple MLB baseball spring training fields. This townhome features 2 bedrooms each with their own large private balconies, a downstairs back patio, a skylight in each upstairs bathroom which reduces the electric bill, lots of closet space, granite counter tops in baths & kitchen, new carpet, stainless appliances, and off-street parking inside the complex.
