I would consider opening the house up to one other dog, if it was the right fit. There would be 3 of us total living in the house. ROOM SPECS• $1,100 not including utilities (utilities range from $80-135 per month pp)• The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, is on the 2nd floor and would share a bathroom with me (the owner). ABOUT ME: I’m a female in my mid thirties that works from home 9-5 M-F. I used to live in Breckenridge for 11 years and I bought this house and moved down the hill in 2023. I ski, hike, bike and like to get outside a lot with my dog, Bindi. I’m pretty easy going and I’m looking for roommates that are respectful and very clean! Bindi is a chi-heeler mix that’s a little standoffish at first, but warms up and is very sweet. I enjoy hosting occasional small social gatherings, such as holiday parties & game nights, attending live events, such as concerts & comedy shows, and other fun outdoor activities. But usually, most day-to-day activities will consist of relaxed afternoons and quiet evenings.
