I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a spacious 2-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Collegetown.The available room is large, sunny, and located on the second floor (pictures 1–6). It includes plenty of storage space both inside and outside the room. Off-street parking is included in the rent.The house is conveniently located within a 12-minute walk to both Cornell campus and the Commons.Rent is $1,350/month + utilities (electricity and internet). Water is included.
