🏡Da inizio Maggio si libera un ampia camera nell’appartamento in cui vivo, in zona Monteverde/ Gianicolense SOLO PER STUDENTI/ESSE (abbiamo già vissuto con ragazze). Camera fornita di letto singolo, armadio, scrivania ed un piccolo divano. In casa ci sono 3 camere singole, un bagno, cucina e un piccolo sgabuzzino. La zona è ben collegata con Termini/ Ostiense e limitrofi/ Trastevere/ Centro/ Ottaviano e limitrofi. Molto vicino abbiamo stazione Trastevere e a 10 minuti a piedi c’è il parco di Villa Pamphili. La zona è molto tranquilla e vicino casa ci sono molti supermercati, tabacchi, farmacie, poste ecc. 💰 Il prezzo della camera è 431€ al mese con spese condominiali + utenze. P.S. la casa è sotto agenzia, quando si fa il contratto c’è da pagare una quota, ma solo una volta. Qualora si volesse rinnovare il contratto non bisogna più pagare quote ecc. Siamo due ragazzi di 24 anni molto tranquilli, puliti e socievoli.
