Close to & all the shopping you need ( Walmart, Publix , aldi , Winn Dixie , Brandon town center mall and much more . The rent is $ and that will be with a shared bathroom . That will include cable, WiFi , water & use of washer+dryer, 2 pools and a clubhouse/gym. Must be dog friendly & friendly since I do smoke inside sometimes .
