The lease runs through September . This is a private room in a 3BR apartment, with two other female occupants (Steph ()), both of whom are wonderful, warm, considerate roommates. The room has its own private porch/balcony (see the first and fourth photos), and it would come furnished (bed + mattress + one small bedside table) if desired. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.This apartment is right in Washington square, sandwiched between Cleveland circle and Coolidge corner. It is steps away from the T, with two green line (C branch) stops within 5min walking distance (Washington square and Tappan St). There's also plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, including a Star Market within 5min walking distance and a Trader Joe's within min walking distance. Steph and Em are looking for someone who is down-to-earth, respectful, responsible, employed, and clean (preferably female or female identifying). The apartment will be available starting December at the very latest. This is somewhat flexible, so if an earlier move-in date is preferred, please let me know!The rent is $/month with first, last, and deposit due at signing.
