There’s a washer and dryer in the basement of the building available for all tenants. The bedrooms are on different floors so it provides a lot of privacy between roommates. The neighborhood is cute & diverse with a few good restaurants and bars. The L, J, M, & G trains are all within a 10 min walk. The management company uses the standard NYC rental guidelines, which are income 40 times the rent, a credit score above 650, without any late payments or collections, and 12-month rental receipts that don’t show any late rent payments.
