You will also have full access to the amenities the apartment complex offers (gym, basketball court, pool, resident lounge, concierge service, courtyards, movie theater, Amazon lockers) - Utilities (water, gas, garbage pick-up, wifi) will be taken care of by me. The Electric will be split by in half when the bill comes out for the month. - Parking $/month (which is NOT included in the rent listed above): you will get an assigned parking spot in the below ground garage.
