It is nicely furnished but I am willing to rent it unfurnished. The aptm has been upgraded with new vinyl click flooring throughout except in the bathroom where I have new tile flooring installed. There are new led lights throughout the aptm and it is freshly painted inside and out. It has a large bathroom with a brand new ” modern tiled shower. I just installed a large lighted bathroom mirror and lighted vent with bluetooth in the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. If you want more pics I will be more than happy to send some to you. The suite has its own entrance and does not have access to the rest of the house.
