The apartment complex also has a gym, study rooms, a hot tub, and communal spaces with games and pool.

I am renting out my townhouse room from May to July. It is a 4-bed, 4.5-bath furnished three-story home in a gated community right next to the FSU campus. It is about a 10-minute walk away from the union. Parking and water are included. Our additional utility costs added up to about $40, but that was for four of us. The living room and kitchen are very spacious, and the couch is great. My room is the first room on the second floor, and the house is in phase 1, close to the gym, pool, mail room, and leasing office. Washer and dryer included on the third floor, and works really well. I am only subleasing one room in the home, but if you have roommates interested as well, reach out because my roommates may be subleasing.
