Tenant will share the hall bathroom with one roommate. Tenant also has full access to all common areas including kitchen with cooking utensils/pots & pans, living room, dining room, laundry room, screened in back patio with seating areas, and one parking space in the attached enclosed garage. Roommates are two clean and kind women (56yo & 27yo) who keep to themselves. Home is also shared with a friendly 15lb schnoodle dog who is hypoallergenic/non-shedding, fully house trained, and doesn’t bark indoors. Location of home is in community with 2min drive to Kroger grocery store and other retail shopping, 5min drive to Chipotle, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Aldi, and 2min drive to the highway for quick access (15min straight shot) to downtown Memphis.
