I am seeking a long-term rental property with bedrooms in the Kawartha area, available as soon as possible. Can anyone recommend any houses or apartments / landlords. I've sent out so many applications and even had "interviews?" but credit is not my strength as a tenant ( ). I have so many great references etc but I am having such a hard time. TIA. Any leads GREATLY appreciated. I have a daughter turning 2 in January so cleanliness and environment are VERY important to me.
