Looking for a short term roommate (possibly long term for the right person). This would be a great opportunity for traveling nurses or any other traveling job. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a nice patio area. This is a fully furnished apartment. Very spacious & in a quiet area. The bedroom I am providing is still a work in progress. I will be adding a dresser & TV. Roughly to get to nearly any “popular” area (downtown, Pooler, midtown, south side). This apartment also has a pool & clubhouse, which you will gain access to. Unfortunately, I can’t allow any other pets. I have two cats. So if you are not comfortable with cats, this is not a good fit for you. My cats mean the world to me & are strictly indoors, so their safety is top priority for me. I will not allow anyone who is a partier or noisy. There is a lot more to see & show of this apartment. It’s very homey & I love the idea of sharing it. The only thing you would really need to provide would be your own toiletries & your own food. I will be providing everything else.
