ISO of longterm living situation
Kamergenoot | Mount Clemens, MI, USA
I am a double amputee, 33 F, and it’s hard for me to find places to live. I do need long term due to my legs. I do come with an ESA cat, named Nebula. I’m pretty quiet, keep to myself. Would not mind friendship and a place I can call home and feel comfortable. My day to day looks different due to my legs so it’s important I accommodate myself and will need a walk-through anywhere to check out and visualize to make things easier on me. I work part time. I can pay $400, then $100 on my next paycheck, plus purchase any toiletries/cleaning items. I cannot pay a security deposit but can have others vouch for me, as I’m responsible. Would prefer someone around my age or just responsible, no party house. Just looking for some peace. I currently stay in a tri-level home which is fine. But this city parking ordnance has become an issue for me to keep moving my car multiple times a day. THINGS I need: easy parking, room near bathroom/shower prefer (as I walk with my prosthetics off), shared cleanliness space. Considerate of leaving the light porch on if I’m not home. A bathtub. Considerate of my cat and awareness. She likes perching up and laying near windows. I’d do okay with another cat friend if you have one, I’d get them yours and my cat tested for any parasites beforehand though, as mind is UTD on everything. She’s my entire world and keeps me company, my shadow girly. Places OK with: ferndale, Warren, hazel park, mt clemens, Clinton township, Harrison township, roseville. Cannot stand cigarette smoking as it affects me. If I’m not home I’m usually doing aerial training or out for a walk to get better. Ideally looking for 2-3 years with ample time to find a next place. My original plan to purchase a mobile home is still a thought, I’m hoping for someday to have a place to call my own if at all possible.
