Good access to medical care, public transportation, and cultural or university areas would also be helpful. I am looking for a place where I can settle in, work, write, read, and enjoy a calm daily routine. I have reliable monthly income and am looking for a stable, well-kept furnished room with considerate people and straightforward arrangements.
