Hi everyone! We’re looking for a third roommate for our 3 bed, 2 bath first-floor apartment in Spring Garden. Our original roommate’s plans fell through, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s a great fit. The room is available starting August 1, but we’re a little flexible with the move-in date. The apartment is in a great location—about a 10-minute walk (3 blocks) from the Broad Street Line, with the 33 and 2 bus routes both within a 5-minute walk. We’re also within walking distance of Target, Giant, Aldi, and Whole Foods (all about 15 minutes or less), and we’re about a 10-minute walk from Eastern State Penitentiary. Rent is $700 per month, water is included, and utilities average around $100 per person each month. This is a sublease, and we’re able to offer either a 5-month lease (August through December) or a 1-year lease (August through July).
