Private bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor - private floor. Condo is 3 story home. 1st floor is essentially owned by you. Brand new community- 2025 homes, family friendly community. Plenty of street parking. I’m looking for a stable tenant (long term). Non smoking or recreational drugs. No kitchen access but mini fridge and microwave are welcome. Room will be available August 1st.
