The room is bright and spacious with a walk-in closet and private access to a large attic storage area. The house also has a front porch/patio, one included parking space, and is a very walkable location (Walk Score 96). It is close to shops, restaurants, the library, and the 28, 40, 5, 62, and 31/32 bus lines. Electric is billed every two months. Wi-Fi is already set up.
