The bedroom is fully furnished, and there is a bathroom right next to it that will effectively be your personal bathroom, as my girlfriend and I only ever use the one in our bedroom. It's a great, quiet neighborhood. The house has a spacious backyard with a gazebo. There is a pleasant park nearby as well that is great to take walks around. The room is 13 x 10. The room has its own AC/Heating unit (in addition to the central heat and air) so you can control the temperature in your room as you desire. If you need room for storage, I have a large shed in the backyard that is available. The house only has one bathroom so we would be sharing. Though you're welcome to use any room in the house, any furniture you have would need to stay in your room.

You can do as you please I just ask that you clean up after yourself. Utilities and Wi-Fi included. I’m in a one bedroom/one bath. It’s the living room area. I plan on buying a divider for whoever to have privacy. Person has to have a stable job.
