This charming, older Spanish-style home offers plenty of character and a cozy, lived-in feel. While the home hasn’t been fully modernized and still has some of its original features and finishes, it’s comfortable, welcoming, and full of personality. The mostly furnished upstairs space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office, and a full kitchen. The homeowner resides in the basement, providing separate living spaces. Perfect for someone who appreciates a home with a little history, character, and charm rather than a brand-new, cookie-cutter feel!

Hi, my name is Gabby. Myself, my partner, and my 2 yellow labs are looking looking for a roommate! The room is in a house located in the NE Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. The monthly rent is $1200 plus utilities and the room is available mid-October.

My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to move in November 1st! We live in a one floor house in the Harvey Park neighborhood, right off the 35 bus route. We have all new appliances in the kitchen installed last year, including a brand new dishwasher, stove and oven range, and refrigerator, as well as a brand new drier in the laundry room. You will share a bathroom with Austin, he's 29, very kind and good with communication. I'm 26, non binary, and most comfortable living with women and queer people, but we are open to anyone that seems like a good fit! We like to keep the house very clean and are looking for someone with similar expectations. We have a large fenced backyard and no pets currently. I'm allergic to cats, but well behaved dogs are welcome! 420 friendly. There is a $900 deposit, rent is $900, and utilities included xcel, water, and wifi, usually ranging between $75-130 each. We are looking for someone to sign a year lease beginning November 1st, but we would like to have a period ideally to make sure we are a good fit. Please reach out if you have any questions!
