Main/first floor: living room, kitchen, dining space, half bathroom, steps out to patio, laundry room off of the kitchen Second floor: small office, two bedrooms, currently one bedroom available unfurnished (but pictured with the previous occupant’s furniture). Room has a closet, hardwood floors, and three windows that get lots of sunlight. The full bathroom is shared with one roommate on the second floor. Plenty of street parking available and one parking space in the driveway available. Garage space for storage. Rent includes: water, sewage, trash, and lawn care. Tenants pay: split utilities (WiFi, electricity, and gas).
