Hi there!We are looking for a roommate to live on our top floor of our bathroom house. We live in an AMAZING area in downtown lakewood in the heart of Belmar. We are walking distance of many restraunts, bars, grocery stores and attractions. We have 3 dogs and a cat, who are all very loving and friendly. We are a friendly household, but prefer to smoke outside. (we have a patio!)We both work fulltime, and are looking for someone who does as well. We do not stay up very late because of our schedules, and are up early, so we are looking for someone who is either a heavy sleeper, or has a similar schedule. There is a washer dryer on the top floor where our rooms are near our gaming room. The bathroom right next to your room is completely for you alone and has a bathtub. Your bedroom has a beautiful window that fits a queen size bed perfectly against it, and it is a huge highlight of the room. It is unfurnished however, and on the top floor! We are about minutes away from Redrocks, and away from denver!We are looking for someone who is quiet, doesn't have guests over often, and communicative.
