Walmart, Safeway medical and dental are nearby.The room is 12 x 12‘ and has a west facing window. Nice large closet with shelves.It is a shared bathroom space but you have your own sink, mirror and personal storage area. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, although small, there is a mini freezer for additional frozen foods. I do ask for a background check, as well as full-time employment or retirement income.I am retired but very busy teaching at nearby locations. I am involved with my church, but no Trump supporters please.I have a cat who is next to me almost all the time… Cats! I would welcome one other cat, but no dogs, please.Off street parking is available. Room for one car only.All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. AC and a furnace.No overnight visitors, I’m sorry.. It is a 900 square-foot space with a large dining/living room.
