There are two current roommates, you would be the third (taking my place). They are both responsible, quiet, clean, friendly, largely keep to themselves, and rarely have visitors. One roommate works full time who enjoys video games/movies/tv (they spend most of their time in their room), and one roommate is retired who enjoys 3D printing, Legos, and arts/crafts.

The greenhaven area is nice and green, Nice areas to walk around with gyms, a dive bar, parks, the river, and small restaurants all within 10min.
