The bathroom is yours to personalize! It has a tub/shower combo, a shower curtain, and bath mats. The rest of the apartment is furnished with my mom's and my own personal belongings. The unit has a balcony, dishwasher, A/C, and heating. The oven/stove is electric, and I have a microwave, Vitamix, Kitchen Aid, a little air fryer, and an espresso machine. The property includes pools, jacuzzis, propane grills, a package room with lockers, gym, tennis court, basketball court, private assigned parking, and laundry machines in the garage downstairs. All utilities/internet/services/parking are included in the asking price, and I have pretty much every streaming service that I already split with my bestie which you are welcome to!
