Ceiling fans in the rooms very comfortable and Clean. I have one bedroom that’s available to rent 1000 a month and share utilities with myself. Extra closet space and a loft for storage.

Need a roommate with stable income, I have cats so pets is probably a no. Bottom floor, your own bedroom+closet and bathroom. Theres a pull out couch(not the metal kind just the cushions) but if you don’t need it I can take it out and the other stuff will be removed. Asking for a little less than half of all costs incl rent, rent insurance, electric and WiFi. Any questions just ask!
