I am looking for a roommate situation. I would like for utilities to be included but if not then I can obviously help with half. I am quiet and would also not be home a whole lot. I keep things clean and can help with all responsibilities.

I like privacy, keep quiet most of the time. I love to cook and clean. I tattoo for a living. When I play guitar/upright bass it's low volume and only times when acceptable to others. No alcohol nor drugs, cigarettes outside. What others do isn't my business nor offensive. I have outdoor furniture (couch, chairs coffee table), smoker and grill, midcentury bedroom, living room, and dining future that can come with or go to storage.
