I don't create drama and I'm a generally very happy curious person. A place that is somewhat spacious or has a balcony or some nature nearby would be fantastic. Don't wanna be in the middle of a party area but being or 10 minutes away from restaurants and shops would be great. I have no pets no significant other at the moment and I'm happy to bring furniture or use whatever you got although it would be nice to set my own room up. Just want a friendly functional environment. Anything on top of that would be a bonus.
