Let ooking for someone to take over her lease at the Yugo Easton apartments (formally The Retreat). The lease would start in September 2026 and go through the end of August 2027. The rent is $1145/mo, plus utilities. It is a furnished bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet in a 4 bedroom apartment. The other 3 rooms are occupied by girls. It is a 3-story unit and includes a fully furnished, shared kitchen and living room with washer and dryer. Her bedroom is on the second floor. It is a 15 minute walk to campus with a Beaver Bus stop at entrance to the complex. The complex has lots of great amenities including a fitness center, racquetball court, pool and sauna.
