The house is partitioned off so there's plenty of privacy. The kitchen and laundry are shared spaces You must be at least 45 to reside here based upon HOA guidelines. No children can reside here, and you must pass a background check. The amenities include a clubhouse with 2 pools, a gym pool hall, ceramics and woodworking. There's many activities as well. No couple, pets or heavy drinkers will be considered.
