Hello all, starting September 1st I will have one bedroom for rent in my 2 bedroom condo in Albany, as my current roommate is moving out. The room includes your own private bathroom, as well as your own secured parking space in a parking garage attached. There is also extra closet space available so you have plenty of room to store your belongings. I am on the 12th floor and we get amazing views of Golden Gate Bridge, as included in the very last photos I uploaded below. It’s incredible at sunset! Rent for the room is $1500/mo plus PG&E (water and wifi are already paid for by HOA). The lease is for one year, and total move in cost would be $3000, along with a non-refundable $500 fee towards HOA (this is so that they can continue for water, wifi, and ensure that the elevators are running smoothly). As the room is in a condo, it does come with amenities.
