The total is always affordable and split evenly among roommates. We also have high-speed internet throughout the house.* Rent & Lease: The rent is $ per month, plus utilities, with a $ security deposit. We require a 1-year lease agreement.About Us: You'll be living with three friendly, professional men. We are responsible and respectful of each other's space, but we also enjoy relaxing in the living room for movies and TV.
