The house was built in the early 2000s, and has modern appliances such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central AC/heating. There is one very sweet cat who is quiet and friendly, however we are not accepting other animals at this time as the cat does not do well with other pets. There are four of us currently living here, and you will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with two people. We are all working individuals (ages range from 26-30) who mainly keep to our own spaces or are out and about, so the house stays pretty quiet most days, but casual hangouts are always welcome! Plenty of street parking and we typically share the driveway spot. Garage space is utilized for storage.
