this is a peaceful comfortable private area at the end of the house with a twin bed, dresser under storage bed and dividers little light fan and access to the laundry room to hang clothes garage for storage and a bathroom shared with one person :-) it is actually very comfortable. The owner of the house lived in it for months and many others have rented it for a month for a comfortable safe cheap place to get settled and ended up staying for many months. The house is large, quiet, clean new four years old. There is a backyard free parking garage, the most awesome dog in the world, on two roommates who are very good energy, trustworthy responsible, clean working professionals. this will go quickly. I’m just renting it by the month, especially while everyone’s traveling or out of town a lot over the holidays and next few months. I will be gone a lot of the time so will another roommate. You’ll have access to the whole house, kitchen backyard deck TV living room is hardly ever used. This is a great space for someone who just needs a comfortable clean peaceful place to sleep and get ready there is a little TV people have put in the dresser and you can comfortably watch TV in the area by yourself. The room has its own walk in closet and you do have your personal bathroom (does not include a shower), the shower in the main bathroom will be the only thing shared at the moment. I do plan on constructing a shower to the 2nd bathroom eventually to make it a full bath. You’ll have access to all the common spaces, backyard, and there’s a community pool that’s a good size! The pool itself was recently remodeled about a year and a half ago. I also have an alarm system for safety and security.The neighborhood is super calm and quiet and the people here are friendly and welcoming. My neighbor is the sweetest, as well as a lot of other people around. It’s just me and my little toy poodle at the house, I am active duty military working on aircraft’s as an electrical technician, and I have duty days through out the month on base.
