I’m looking for a room in Norfolk, Chesapeake, or somewhere close by that I can move into as soon as possible, ideally Monday. I currently have $400–$450 available toward a deposit, and I’m working, so I’m looking for someone who is willing to give me a chance and work with me. I’m not looking for a handout or for someone to take care of me. I just need a safe, stable place where I can lay my head, go to work, and continue rebuilding my life. I’m a respectful, clean, hardworking person. I’ll respect your home, follow the rules, pay what I owe, and do my part. I know everybody has a story, and I’m not trying to make excuses for where I’m at. I just went through a situation that put me in a really tough place, and now I’m choosing to start over instead of giving up.
