Hey everyone I’m currently looking for a roommate to potentially move in together for a 12 to 18 month lease situation with a move in date around June or July Preferably just 1 other person maybe 2 at the absolute most I’m mainly looking for a quieter stable living setup rather than a crowded house or apartment A little about me I work full time professionally for a defense company and will be starting grad school sometime this fall or spring I’m responsible clean easygoing and pretty low drama Outside of work school I’m into golf hockey soccer video games and going out occasionally I’m looking for someone who’s similarly respectful financially responsible and looking for a stable living situation Gender doesn’t really matter to me although I’d probably prefer another male roommate if possible As far as location I’d prefer the CWE Downtown or West County areas but I’m somewhat flexible depending on the situation and apartment options My budget is ideally around $600 to $800 per month Feel free to message me if interested or if you know someone looking just seeing what’s out there right now
