Hi :) I'm and currently work as the receptionist at a law firm & am an online student as well. I'm clean, calm, and definitely peaceful/quiet (sometimes people tell me just how much so, lol). No pets and I don't smoke or vape, and I'm fine with someone else's pets of any kind, just not them smoking/vaping inside/ right nearby. I am needing to move from where I am by either or at the latest . I'm looking for either a female roommate who could split a new apartment/rental, or a room & private bathroom available within someone's existing rental where the people who already live there would also be female only.
