I work full-time in Irvine and split my schedule between the office and working from home. I have one 8 year old cat who is very well behaved. She’s litter-box trained and doesn’t scratch furniture or cause damage. Currently she just stays to my room and I am okay with that going forward at the new place. Ideally I’d like a private bathroom, and a private entrance would be a big plus. I’m 46, pretty low-key, and looking for a calm living environment. I don’t smoke and only drink socially.
