I was raised with extremely high morals and ethics and I utilize those values in all areas of my life. I treat the homes I live in with the utmost respect and care and as if they are my own. I don’t smoke, drink or party. I love to workout, read, play tennis, travel, bike ride and go walking. I am very family oriented and enjoy spending time with my adult son who is a paramedic and being with my parents. I am a hard working professional and an active of my community. I am looking for a place to live in and care for like it’s my own home and I am looking for a long term rental.I have a doodle named Ellie and I take my responsibilities as pet owners extremely serious and ensure proper training and behaviours (she is completely bathroom trained and has never had an accident in the home) and she has excellent manners. Ellie is highly trained in all areas and is extremely low maintenance and is very well behaved. She does not bark, chew or misbehave and spends the majority of her time on her mat. I believe she’s better behaved than most humans(and more likeable) 😂😂.I believe that I have above and beyond respect and responsibilities when it comes to taking care of the home I live in. I am a type “A”personality and I’m extremely organized and I treat my home the same way. I am a neat freak and keep my home very well cared for and have a cleaner come in biweekly to keep the home in tiptop shape.I think that I would be an excellent tenant for your home. My budget is up to $2650 and I’m trying to move ASAP.I don’t usually like putting my business out there like this, but I’m at a point where I really need to and I’m hoping the right person sees this.Within the last year the house I was staying in burned down and I lost everything. I had to start completely over. I didn’t just sit around either, I’ve been rebuilding piece by piece the whole time even when it felt like I couldn’t catch a break. Then right when I started getting a little stability back, the flooding in Snohomish and Skagit hit and wiped out everything I had just rebuilt, including my belongings and a trailer I had just gotten to try and move forward.I did try to get help. I called DSHS and applied for programs but both times I was told funding had already run out. After hearing that over and over I got discouraged, but I’ve recently found out there are new resources so I’m trying again and putting this out there because I don’t want to stay stuck like this.I do have steady reliable monthly income and can afford rent going forward, that’s not the issue. The issue is that after hotel hopping and couch hopping trying to survive, my savings are gone so I can’t come up with first last and deposit all at once right now, and that’s what keeps shutting doors before I can explain anything.I also don’t have strong credit or long rental history so property management companies just filter me out.I’m trying to find an actual home for me, my best friend, and my two dogs. Not temporary, something stable where we can finally breathe.If you’re a private landlord willing to work with someone who has real income but not a perfect application, or if you know anything legit or any deposit help, I’d really appreciate it.I’m not asking for a handout, just a fair chance.Thank you for reading

Also Tacoma City Light so we can start anew, as PSE priced us out. We do not have a car so parking isn't neccessary. In-unit laundry required.
