Hi! I’m Maeve. I’m moving to Boise this August from Portland, Oregon to start the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program! I’m 26 and going back to school, I already have a prior bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University and am excited to start my career in healthcare! I have no preference on living with a student vs non-student, just looking for the right fit! A bit about what I’m looking for: * $600-900 budget per person including utilities * Ideally a 2 bed 2 bath apartment but would be open 2 bed 1.5 bath * I am open to a room in an apartment/house that is already established. * Within 15-20 minutes of campus or less * I have two cats, Tulsi and Tina. Tulsi is 6 and Tina is 3. They are both well behaved cats. I have an automatic litter box that keeps the smell generally in check. They are both super friendly so you should expect to be greeted at the door when you come home. * I’m queer so having an LGBTQ friendly roommate is a must. My partner who lives out of state will be visiting consistently. Not certain of the frequency yet but could be on a monthly or bimonthly (bi-monthly is unlikely) basis for a few days at a time. They are a 26 year old nurse who is quiet, friendly, and tidy. * I like to keep shared spaces generally organized, but understand life happens. * Not a partier, but totally fine having friends and family over, hosting game nights or study groups, etc. * Open to getting a third roommate and a 3bed 2-3 bath if that helps with finding an apartment/house or cutting down costs!
